Return Policy

Thanks for shopping  at  LaRuche Fine European Foods, Inc. web site. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Since we are dealing with food items, please take note of our return policy to be eligible for a return:

  • Canned food products

    • Canned product should not be open
    • Must be returned in the original packaging in which it was shipped
    • Must have a receipt.
  • Stock fish

    • The plastic packaging should not be open or punctured.
    • Must be returned in the original packaging or box when it was shipped.
    • Must have a receipt.

Note :

  • Products purchased from a franchise store or purchased online but picked up from a franchise store, must be returned to the same store from which they were picked up if qualified for return or exchange.

Refunds

After Laruche Fine European foods receives the product, please allow 72 hours to process the return, but this time can vary. All returns will be examined by the receiving location to verify what has been returned and that it is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. If your return is approved, we will issue you a store voucher / credit which you can use on your next purchase

Shipping

The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs. Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our fault.
